Key Responsibilities:
- Led the migration of the Sentry application from a Perl/Catalyst stack to C# and IIS, significantly improving system performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Developed and maintained the Sentry application for tracking toxicology lab results and scheduling toxicology testing.
- Built a fully automated data retention system using MySQL and Bash scripting to enforce regulatory retention policies.
- Integrated a FedEx EDI tracking system to monitor and validate laboratory sample shipments.
- Assumed ownership of production infrastructure, managing and supporting six Linux servers running the Sentry stack since 2019.
- Implemented and maintained a customized SuiteCRM instance to streamline customer relationship workflows.
- Delivered executive-level insights and compliance dashboards using advanced SQL queries and SSRS reports.
- Mentored junior developers and collaborated across departments to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
